Office workerFor special projects, vacation relief, work overloads, maternity leave or any unexpected emergencies, the Temporary/Contract Division is available to assist in filling your employment needs. Personnel Services, Inc. offers many versatile temporary employees and employment opportunities. Payroll, taxes and workers' compensation insurance are all taken care of through our office and our program is very simple.


TO OUR CLIENTS

Should you have a desire to hire a temporary to fill a permanent position, you have the option to do so conveniently. If the temporary employee has been with your company for an extended period of time, the employee may be hired at a reduced fee. If you wish to hire a temporary employee, the placement fee will be figured on the salary of the employee and credit given for the time the employee has worked for you. No additional probationary period applies.

Scott Hardin, Executive VP/CFO

The Temporary/Contract Search Group is directed by the company's Executive Vice President, Scott Hardin. Scott specializes in the placement of candidates within the accounting, financial, and bookkeeping fields. After completing his Bachelors of Science in Human Resources Management from Kansas State University, Scott became involved immediately in recruiting for the firm. He has placed many candidates in the local market, as well as utilizing our affiliation with National Personnel Associates (NPA) for the placement of applicants outside of the state. Scott has been instrumental in helping Personnel Services become one of the top producing recruiting firms in the Midwest.
